- Design and implement distributed services for gateway integrations, session and state management, job execution, caching, and secure client-to-platform communication.
- Develop MCP servers, skills, and integrations exposing Jira, test management, lab benches, and internal systems to governed agents.
- Apply practical understanding of LLM behavior, tool calling, context windows, prompt and skill design, token cost, failure modes, and evaluation.
- Instrument components with tracing, metrics, and evaluation pipelines, and debug agent behavior across CLI, gateway, and model layers.
- Build automated tests and evaluation suites, participate in incident response and postmortems, and contribute to code and design reviews.
- Gather requirements from Israel-based teams, support early users, and feed adoption learnings into the platform roadmap.
