Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to solve complex problems and deliver elegant customer solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable web applications in a full-stack development environment.
- Participate in diverse projects and collaborate with engineering teams across three countries.
- Review and provide feedback on peer code.
- Optimize databases and contribute to reliable, performant products.
- Mentor others in software development and work effectively with distributed teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience, specifically building web applications at scale.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly desirable.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated mentorship success in software development, particularly with Agile processes and large-scale SaaS products.
- Database optimization experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and customers.
