Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, model development, and implementation of new or revised systems.
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, user support, and operational support for applications.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate business and system functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install and support customer-facing systems.
- Define operating standards and processes, follow essential procedures, and address enhancements and fixes for existing and new batches.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
- Assess risk, support regulatory and policy compliance, and escalate and report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Java, including Java 17 or later.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, Apache Flink, gRPC, ECS, MongoDB, REST APIs, JUnit, and SQL basics.
- Knowledge of Java performance tuning, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Gradle, Splunk, and Prometheus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and TeamCity, uDeploy, Jenkins, Harness, SonarQube, and Snyk.
- Experience with design patterns, code review, coding standards, unit testing, JUnit or Mockito, systems analysis, and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, plus working knowledge of consulting or project-management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00 to $141,500.00 per year.
