Responsibilities
- Design and implement QA strategies for microservices-based systems.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using BDD and TDD practices.
- Create, manipulate, and maintain test data across multiple environments.
- Configure and execute RESTful and SOAP API testing using Postman, SoapUI, and Rest-Assured.
- Use Zephyr to manage tests, track execution, and report results.
- Integrate quality processes into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development and DevOps teams.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in test automation and integration design.
- Drive improvements in test coverage, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in quality engineering, including substantial hands-on microservices testing and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in test data management for microservices.
- Strong experience with Postman, SoapUI, Zephyr, BDD frameworks, TDD practices, and Rest-Assured.
- Experience testing and automating microservices architectures and validating distributed-system integrations.
- Preferred experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Salesforce, and CPQ configuration.
- Preferred experience with data-model design and cross-platform microservices integration design.
- Familiarity with SonarQube or GitHub code review tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- CSQE, ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer, or equivalent certification is desired.
