Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build trust with clients by demonstrating technical expertise.
- Guide technical direction and solve complex problems within the codebase.
- Advise clients on architecture, scalability, and platform evolution.
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle.
- Drive innovation by surfacing new technical approaches.
- Lead feedback conversations with teams and clients.
- Design and manage high-level technical roadmaps for large engagements.
- Coach client engineering teams and transfer knowledge.
- Participate in account planning and opportunity identification.
- Facilitate retrospectives and strategy sessions to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of success.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered features and tools.
- Strong consulting acumen and ability to guide ambiguous initiatives.
- Proven ability to mentor and support teams at scale.
- Experience in delivering enterprise-grade AI systems is preferred.
