Responsibilities
- Own technical design across ServiceNow, Blue Prism RPA, BOT orchestration, APIs, and Sisense.
- Define integration architecture, API contracts, data flows, failure handling, and cross-infrastructure boundaries.
- Establish and enforce technical standards for design, coding, naming, error handling, logging, security, configuration, and environment promotion.
- Lead technical design reviews, manage technical debt, review code and configuration, and track remediation.
- Own hybrid environment architecture across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD and govern infrastructure readiness and release promotion.
- Provide technical direction to ServiceNow, RPA, API, and Sisense delivery teams throughout the build cycle.
- Support test design, integration coverage, defect root-cause analysis, test data architecture, and go-live readiness.
- Engage client technical stakeholders and represent technical decisions in governance forums.
Requirements
- 12+ years of technology delivery experience in systems integration programs.
- Hands-on technical depth across at least three of ServiceNow, Blue Prism RPA, REST/SOAP API design and governance, and Sisense or an equivalent BI platform.
- Proven integration architecture experience defining API contracts, managing cross-platform data flows, and governing integrations across infrastructure boundaries.
- Experience working beneath an Enterprise Architect within an established architectural framework.
- Strong technical governance experience covering design reviews, standards enforcement, environment management, and configuration control.
- Availability to work onsite with the client as the embedded technical authority.
- ServiceNow certification such as CIS or CAD is a strong advantage.
- Blue Prism Developer or Architect certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience governing hybrid infrastructure technical design is a strong advantage.
- Banking or financial services systems integration experience is a strong advantage.
- Sisense data architecture experience is a strong advantage.
