Responsibilities
- Audit manual business processes with stakeholders and identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency improvements.
- Design, build, and deploy production LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG systems, chatbots, and automated workflows.
- Lead and mentor a small team of AI engineers while contributing hands-on code and establishing engineering standards.
- Own internal AI products from discovery and prototyping through production deployment and adoption.
- Translate operational needs into clear AI product features and align engineering work with business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong Python software engineering skills and experience building scalable AI systems.
- Deep hands-on experience delivering production AI systems, including LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or agentic automation.
- Strong software engineering foundations involving APIs, microservices, databases, and the AWS ecosystem.
- Ability to understand manual operational processes and design AI products that improve them.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder relationship-building, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers and balancing technical delivery with stakeholder engagement.
