Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate business challenges into scalable AI roadmaps and use cases.
- Define success metrics, adoption strategies, expected business outcomes, and measurable ROI for AI initiatives.
- Develop Python prototypes and production components, including RAG pipelines, embedding workflows, orchestration logic, and system integrations.
- Design and optimize prompts, structured prompt templates, guardrails, experiments, and evaluation frameworks using telemetry and human feedback.
- Define scalable AI architectures involving LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, and MLOps capabilities.
- Oversee model lifecycle management, monitoring, drift detection, production performance, resilience, scalability, and latency.
- Lead cross-functional squads spanning AI, Data, Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
- Drive initiatives from concept through production deployment, stakeholder alignment, organizational adoption, and value realization.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in AI/ML, AI product, or AI transformation roles.
- Proven experience deploying AI systems into production and managing initiatives from prototyping through adoption.
- Experience collaborating across AI, Data, Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent English and fluent Spanish.
- Strong Python development skills and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Experience designing agentic workflows, using orchestration frameworks, and applying MLOps practices and AI evaluation pipelines.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS.
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably banking or financial services, is preferred.
- Ability to operate at both system-design and implementation-detail levels while communicating with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, execution, structured thinking, communication, and ability to connect AI capabilities with business value and user adoption.
