Base Salary
$150k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth software engineering expertise in cloud architecture and design patterns.
- Implement core DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code, continuous integration, and automated deployments.
- Build and manage robust CI/CD workflows to automate full-lifecycle tasks.
- Provision, manage, and scale infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Drive architectural design, integration solutions, and engineering best practices.
- Proactively improve system reliability, availability, performance, and durability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles with a focus on tooling, automation, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record as a strong mentor dedicated to developing team capabilities.
- Extensive experience designing and programming applications in AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Deep expertise with containerization and orchestrators such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Proficient in Python and statically typed languages like Java, Scala, or Go.
- Experience setting up and managing CI pipelines using tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability frameworks.
