Responsibilities
- Develop software in OCaml as part of project work.
- Participate in a support rotation and actively resolve live issues in critical systems.
- Own the architecture and design of systems that monitor and support the firm's trading.
- Design and develop internal tools used to support software systems.
- Collaborate with application developers and teams across departments and functions.
Requirements
- Strong programming ability with the capacity to write and read code well.
- Intellectual curiosity, motivation, collaboration, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to remain clear and calm during production incidents.
- Prior functional programming or finance experience is not required.
