Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable Android applications using modern architecture patterns.
- Lead adoption of Jetpack Compose and define the app’s architecture, modularization, and long-term technical direction.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-focused features.
- Own the CI/CD, testing, release management, monitoring, logging, and performance-tracking processes.
- Document architecture decisions, features, and technical processes.
- Drive improvements to the codebase, tooling, development processes, performance, and user experience.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Android development and strong expertise in Kotlin.
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK and modern Android development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow, Hilt/Dagger, Retrofit/OkHttp, and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of clean architecture, design patterns, modularization, and maintainable code practices.
- Experience with unit and UI testing using JUnit, Espresso, and MockK.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Ability to independently own complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
