Responsibilities
- Analyze client and Service Delivery Unit processes to identify automation opportunities and develop business cases.
- Design future-state automation solutions using robotic process automation, workflows, platforms, and process redesign.
- Configure scripts and implement workflow platforms to automate end-to-end business processes.
- Review automation scripts and enforce development best practices.
- Deploy automation solutions and collect business performance metrics.
- Deliver workshops and training on automation technologies and mentor colleagues on workflow and robotic automation development.
- Support project planning and execution by managing risks, issues, changes, status updates, and improvement suggestions.
- Maintain and adapt existing automation processes and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and develop automation skills.
- Ability to analyze as-is processes and design end-to-end automation solution blueprints.
- Experience or capability in workflow, robotic process automation, scripting, and automation implementation.
- Ability to coach, train, mentor, and advise teams on automation development practices.
- Ability to support project execution and manage risks, issues, and changes.
