Responsibilities

Lead the exploration and application of emerging AI capabilities for Assurance use cases.
Translate business needs into practical AI solution requirements with product and engineering teams.
Provide technical direction to development teams and help ensure AI solutions are designed, built, tested, and delivered effectively.
Support AI-enabled product development with a focus on quality, usability, scalability, and responsible implementation.
Define practices for AI solution design, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges with cross-functional teams.
Advise internal stakeholders and clients on AI adoption, risk considerations, governance expectations, and implementation approaches.
Stay current with AI market developments, technology trends, regulatory expectations, and enterprise adoption patterns.
Develop reusable methods, playbooks, and delivery practices to scale AI adoption across Assurance.
Bridge AI strategy, product priorities, engineering execution, and business outcomes.

5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or applied technology delivery.
Hands-on experience developing, evaluating, or implementing AI-enabled solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI-enabled workflows, or applied machine learning solutions.
Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to turn complex ideas into deliverable solutions.
Strong understanding of responsible AI, model quality, validation, governance, risk management, and control considerations.
Ability to guide technical teams while focusing on business value and user outcomes.
Strong communication skills for explaining AI concepts, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in Assurance, audit, risk, compliance, financial services, professional services, or regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
Experience advising clients or senior stakeholders on AI adoption, AI risk, governance, or technology transformation is preferred.
Experience with distributed engineering teams, cloud-based AI platforms, enterprise AI tools, modern AI development frameworks, AI product strategy, delivery governance, testing approaches, or implementation standards is preferred.
