Responsibilities
- Lead the exploration and application of emerging AI capabilities for Assurance use cases.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into practical AI solution requirements.
- Provide technical direction to development teams and help ensure AI solutions are designed, built, tested, and delivered effectively.
- Support AI-enabled products from concept through delivery with emphasis on quality, usability, scalability, and responsible implementation.
- Define practices for AI solution design, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges with cross-functional teams.
- Advise internal stakeholders and clients on AI adoption, governance, risk considerations, and implementation approaches.
- Stay current with AI developments, technology trends, regulatory expectations, and enterprise adoption patterns.
- Contribute reusable methods, playbooks, delivery practices, and implementation standards that scale AI adoption across Assurance.
- Bridge AI strategy, product priorities, engineering execution, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or applied technology delivery.
- Hands-on experience developing, evaluating, or implementing AI-enabled solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI-enabled workflows, or applied machine learning solutions.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams to turn complex ideas into practical, deliverable solutions.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, model quality, validation, governance, risk management, and control considerations.
- Ability to guide technical teams while focusing on business value and user outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for explaining AI concepts, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Practical ability to balance innovation, delivery speed, quality, compliance, and long-term scalability.
- Experience in Assurance, audit, risk, compliance, financial services, professional services, or regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
- Experience advising clients or senior stakeholders on AI adoption, AI risk, governance, or technology transformation is preferred.
- Experience with distributed engineering teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, enterprise AI tools, or modern AI development frameworks is preferred.
- Experience contributing to AI product strategy, delivery governance, testing approaches, or implementation standards is preferred.
