Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive RBAC frameworks for identity governance.
- Build and maintain automated onboarding/offboarding workflows using various tools.
- Lead the rollout of IGA tools to automate User Access Reviews and create a self-service 'AppStore'.
- Design 'Zero-Touch' workflows to ensure instant access revocation across SaaS tools.
- Enforce governance and compliance using IGA platforms for SOC2/ISO 27001.
- Integrate new SaaS tools using SAML/OIDC/SCIM protocols.
- Proactively track orphaned accounts and over-privileged access.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Workspace and Okta.
- Expertise in SAML, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM protocols.
- Experience with IGA platforms like Lumos or IdenHQ.
- Proficiency in Zapier and programming languages like Python or PowerShell.
- Experience with HRIS-to-IdP integrations.
