Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support and enhance high-quality software modules in the Cotiviti product suite.
- Analyze and resolve software issues originating from internal or external customers.
- Document application specifications, designs, features, and operations before production rollout.
- Develop performance and availability improvements while adhering to technology standards.
- Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership.
- Execute software development lifecycle activities and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Develop and support web services and interfaces involving REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT data.
- Optimize and tune Microsoft SQL, Snowflake, and Postgres queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Design and administer Azure cloud architectures, containers, gateways, firewall configurations, and scaling strategies.
- Develop and support LLM systems involving agents, prompt flows, embedding strategies, and index design.
- Mentor other developers and complete assigned projects and performance-plan responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of IT industry experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with relational databases, MVC design methodologies, .NET 4.x and .NET Core, ASP, and C#.
- At least 4 years of experience developing with Angular, React, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- At least 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Azure containers, gateways, and firewall configurations and designing Azure cloud architectures.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with LLM systems, including agent and prompt-flow development, embedding strategies, and index design.
- Proficiency creating and supporting Microsoft web services using REST API and SOAP.
- Expertise with CI/CD practices and tools including Bitbucket, Atlassian Bamboo, and Octopus Deploy.
- Extensive experience developing interfaces that parse XML, JSON, and XSLT datasets.
- Advanced knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and optimization of Microsoft SQL, Snowflake, and Postgres.
- Experience with basic Debian/Linux commands and configuration.
- Proficiency working with large data sets.
- Retail application support or direct retail experience, .NET WinForms development, and SAFe agile practices are preferred.
- Must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, solve problems, interpret data, and follow established processes and protocols.

- Base compensation ranges from $111,000 to $150,000 per year.
