Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build multi-device Android experiences across phones, tablets, and laptops.
- Design and develop core synchronization frameworks for seamless device connectivity.
- Develop features for device connectivity, sharing, casting apps, task handoff, and file sharing.
- Address complex technical challenges involving peer-to-peer connectivity, cross-device APIs, and deep Android platform integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience with software development and consumer-facing products.
- Two years of experience with mobile app development and Android application architecture.
- Experience coding in Java or Kotlin.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi Direct, mDNS, device discovery frameworks, peer-to-peer connectivity, network protocols, or connected devices.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174,000–$252,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
