Responsibilities
- Modernize and iterate on Asana’s custom frameworks.
- Leverage AI agents to migrate from legacy systems to modern frameworks.
- Partner with product engineering teams to identify development acceleration opportunities.
- Support product engineering teams through office hours and presentations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable transitioning between different areas of a large codebase.
- Interest in using AI agents for system migration.
- Collaborative approach to accelerating development cycles.
- Experience driving complex technical projects across multiple teams.
- Ability to articulate technical tradeoffs with cross-cutting impact.
- Familiarity with full-stack development technologies like TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
