Base Salary
$103k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical design and end-to-end development of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
- Architect and implement scalable, reusable Apex components, Lightning Web Components, and design patterns.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, internal systems, and third-party platforms.
- Drive automation across opportunity lifecycles, sales processes, and approvals.
- Translate business needs from Product and Sales teams into reliable technical solutions.
- Enforce best practices for security, governor limits, test coverage, and code quality.
- Lead technical projects across sprint cycles and mentor junior engineers.
- Conduct peer reviews and maintain production-quality code through CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering-related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer focused on Sales Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Demonstrated experience shipping production-grade code at scale.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Agentforce or Salesforce-native AI tools.
