Responsibilities
- Define next-generation AI development tooling and frameworks.
- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of local development processes.
- Mentor software engineers from new grads to experienced professionals.
- Identify opportunities and drive improvements in software development practices.
- Present technical information and provide guidance to teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-time engineering experience with build, test, or CI/CD systems.
- Extensive experience with AI development tools and best practices.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience configuring and enabling MCP servers and AI agents.
- Proven track record of independent ownership of successful engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with infrastructure, containerization, and deployment technologies like Terraform and Docker.
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks such as NodeJS and NextJS.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and CI/CD tooling.
