Base Salary
$192k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new features and products end-to-end in collaboration with engineers.
- Own problems from user experience to ongoing metrics.
- Provide technical leadership through roadmap direction and mentorship.
- Work with user-facing teams to understand customer needs.
- Polish features to achieve high excellence.
- Identify and implement reliability and performance improvements.
- Uphold high engineering standards across codebases and processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack product development.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages like Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- Experience in architecting and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
- Proficient in designing and optimizing SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
