Base Salary

$149k - $286k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered developer tools, engineering automation, and productivity accelerators.
  • Build and operate end-to-end MDM integration systems using MuleSoft, Airflow, API orchestration, event-driven architectures, CDC, and batch processing.
  • Implement entity resolution, golden record lifecycle management, corporate hierarchy processing, data quality validation, and governance capabilities.
  • Integrate third-party data providers including Dun & Bradstreet, Moody's, and Leadspace for data enrichment and hierarchy management.
  • Design and optimize data models, database schemas, APIs, and integration patterns for hierarchical, relational, and party data.
  • Deliver production-grade systems with monitoring, alerting, operational supportability, and security by design.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, participate in reviews and releases, and implement long-term solutions.
  • At the LMTS level, define technical strategy, architect platforms, establish engineering standards, and provide technical leadership across engineering and systems integrator teams.

Requirements

  • SMTS candidates require 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, enterprise integration, or MDM platforms.
  • LMTS candidates require 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise integration, data engineering, MDM, or large-scale data platform development.
  • A related technical degree is required.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies is required.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI and agentic workflows is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica SaaS MDM and party data models including Account, Contact, Organization, and Supplier is required.
  • Strong Java, REST API, microservices, enterprise integration, MuleSoft, Airflow, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data engineering experience is required.
  • Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies, CDC, event-driven architectures, AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, database design, and distributed data processing architectures is required.
  • LMTS candidates should demonstrate technical leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from design through delivery.
  • Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM, Python data engineering, corporate hierarchy data, data stewardship, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, MCP frameworks, internal developer platforms, and relevant MDM, cloud, MuleSoft, or Informatica certifications.
