Responsibilities

Develop and configure web services within the EAM platform built on ServiceNow.
Configure and customize Nuvolo Connected Workplace products to meet business and client requirements.
Perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis across modules and applications.
Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, ACLs, and related platform components.
Support and enhance Service Catalog solutions and create user experiences with Service Portal and UI Builder.
Integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and other platform integration capabilities.
Assess client product usage and workflows to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities.
Perform unit testing, validation, and peer code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients on implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in JavaScript or GlideScript.
Understanding of core ServiceNow components and configuration practices.
Knowledge of fundamental database concepts.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and HTTP.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and with clients, with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
