Responsibilities
- Lead complex content development projects involving multiple teams, tools, and dependencies.
- Improve and automate content processing, build, validation, delivery, and publishing workflows.
- Partner with product, engineering, sound/content teams, and external content creators on product launches.
- Define technical solutions for recurring content development challenges.
- Establish metrics and quality standards for content workflows.
- Represent content development in cross-functional planning and execution.
- Improve documentation, tooling, and support models for internal and external contributors.
Requirements
- Experience with content production tooling, audio/music software workflows, build systems, deployment pipelines, or partner-facing technical enablement.
- Strong automation mindset and ability to improve repeatability, quality, and delivery speed.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous areas and clarify the path forward.
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Practical understanding of how content quality, tooling, and delivery affect customer and business outcomes.
