Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement functional product features requested by Product Owners.
- Analyze, investigate, and debug issues identified internally and by customers.
- Drive product quality through automated testing, architectural refactoring, and shared best practices.
- Manage individual and team workloads to support timely delivery.
Requirements
- Confidence in one or more of Fortran, C#, C++, or PML.
- Awareness of industrial engineering and/or factory plant design.
- Comfort with Git source control and Azure DevOps automated build pipelines.
- Experience or familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, prioritization, learning, and collaboration skills.
