Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select among available technologies.
- Review code from other developers and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing effects on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while designing, developing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience programming in C++ or Python.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- One year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Three years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: one year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174,000–$252,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
