Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Build advanced logging and distributed tracing systems for transparent and compliant autonomous workflows and AI agents.
- Design scalable architectures and well-tested code primarily in Go, C++, or Java.
- Build data pipelines, monitoring tools, and least-privilege enforcement systems to reduce production risk.
- Partner with SREs and developers to replace operational toil with self-healing automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Experience with backend software development and data analysis.
- Experience with C++, Java, or Go.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes performance analysis, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, debugging, data structures and algorithms, software test engineering, and system health diagnosis and resolution.
- Understanding of generative AI and LLM concepts, including model evaluations, model capabilities, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic architectures.
