Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and support low-code/no-code ServiceNow solutions from initial vision through production-ready implementation.
- Create architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices for client IT needs.
- Use scripting, databases, cloud tools, and automation to modernize systems and reduce maintenance and development costs.
- Collaborate with teams and advise clients on technical solutions and future goals.
- Support management and improvement of low-code development platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript.
- At least 1 year of experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Preferred: 2+ years of UI and UX Scripts experience and ServiceNow development experience, including the ServiceNow System Admin role.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of SQL experience.
- Preferred: experience with Agile development, requirements management, RTM platforms, and Jira.
- Preferred: computer science experience, ServiceNow HRSD knowledge, and REST, SOAP, and third-party software integrations.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow CIS - Human Resources Certification.
- Preferred: excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
