Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and support ServiceNow low-code and no-code platforms from vision through production-ready implementation.
- Create user-friendly solutions and automate cloud modernization efforts to reduce maintenance and development costs.
- Craft architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
- Translate client IT needs and future goals into technical plans while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
- Use ServiceNow development tools and modules to solve complex client challenges.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript.
- At least 1 year of experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred qualifications include UI and UX Scripts, SQL, ServiceNow System Administrator experience, Jira, requirements management, RTM platforms, ServiceNow HRSD, REST and SOAP integrations, computer science experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ServiceNow application or HR certification.
