Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack HR and training applications, including front ends, APIs, services, and SQL data tiers.
- Integrate enterprise AI platforms, LLMs, RAG pipelines, internal documents, APIs, and databases into production applications.
- Build retrieval, data-processing, and ETL pipelines and optimize prompts, flows, embeddings, and vector search.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, security, role-based access, auditability, privacy, and reliable performance across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify AI use cases and tune features for performance, cost, and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building production web applications and services with C# and .NET.
- At least 2 years of experience with jQuery, SQL, or XML and at least 2 years with JavaScript and a framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with the software development life cycle, Agile methodologies, cloud environments, and AI systems architecture, AI platforms, or MLflow.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a bachelor’s degree, and Security+, SSCP, CISSP, CCNA, or GSEC certification are required.
- Preferred qualifications include HR systems or knowledge-management experience, CI/CD administration with Kubernetes, Docker, or Jenkins, experience with LimeSurvey, Tableau, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or learning management systems, security and privacy controls knowledge, a master’s degree, or ML, AI, or solution architecture certification.
- Candidates must complete Booz Allen’s required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.
