Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications incorporating GenAI capabilities.
- Integrate LLMs, AI services, APIs, MCP servers, tools, data sources, and business systems.
- Develop and maintain web APIs, backend services, and SQL solutions for application functionality, integration, and data exchange.
- Use AWS, Microsoft cloud services, and AI platforms to develop, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications.
- Evaluate new AI models, platform capabilities, and technologies to address changing business needs.
- Write technical specifications and maintainable code, perform unit testing, troubleshoot application components, and support security, configuration management, change control, documentation, quality assurance, and release management.
- Collaborate with analysts, UI/UX developers, subject-matter experts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant web development or software development experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Demonstrated experience developing, testing, and supporting web applications with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#/.NET, and Bootstrap.
- Experience developing or integrating GenAI applications, LLM-powered interfaces, AI assistants, or other AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience developing or integrating web APIs, backend services, or application interfaces.
- Experience using AWS and/or Microsoft cloud services to develop, deploy, monitor, and support cloud-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, software development practices, coding standards, application security, troubleshooting, and system dependencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is desired.
- Preferred experience includes MS Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, MCP servers, multiple LLMs or AI services, prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, Python, containerized or serverless applications, Lambda, ECS, RDS, CloudWatch, DoD or IC environments, and CompTIA Security+ certification.
