Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Provide hands-on development support for Core HCM, Goal Management, Talent Management, and EPM processes.
- Translate functional HCM requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM application issues across modules.
- Write and optimize PL/SQL queries and scripts for reporting and integrations.
- Develop and maintain BI Reports, OTBI, and BI Publisher artifacts.
- Support and enhance Reactive Pages and Redwood Pages within Oracle HCM.
- Implement UI-related customizations using Visual Studio Code.
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production integration issues.
- Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders.
- Participate in solution design sessions, code reviews, and production deployments.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing system support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience in Core HCM, Goal Management, Talent Management, and EPM.
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL for complex queries.
- Experience with Reactive Pages and Redwood UI in Oracle HCM.
- Proficiency in Visual Studio Code for Oracle Cloud development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for third-party integrations.
- Solid understanding of Oracle SaaS extensibility tools.
- Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence for HCM Analytics.
- Strong dashboard design skills for HR and leadership audiences.
- Knowledge of Oracle security roles and HCM data security is a plus.
