Responsibilities
- Install and integrate NICE Cxone and other software solutions on-site or remotely.
- Assist the implementation team with technical questions from project kick-off to handover.
- Ensure proper integration and implementation of technical architecture components.
- Communicate design flaws found during the delivery of NICE Solutions.
- Assist customers with configuration requirements for NICE Integration points.
- Provide technical expertise on the NICE product suite and implementation methodology.
- Conduct systems testing for performance and reliability.
- Document lessons learned and resolutions in the Nice Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with Project Managers for end-to-end project rollouts.
- Promote the use of AI tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with product implementation and integration.
- Experience with Cxone suite, NICE WFM, and Engage.
- Familiarity with advanced solutions like recording/telephony integrations and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and emerging technologies in digital customer engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset and team-oriented interpersonal skills.
- Readiness to work in shifts covering APAC and EMEA.
