Responsibilities
- Install, integrate, and configure Actimize products and recording solutions.
- Develop and configure software features according to design specifications.
- Plan and perform unit, functionality, and systems testing.
- Support client UAT and data validation activities.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and R&D teams.
- Provide technical expertise across the NiCE product suite.
- Communicate design flaws and suggest enhancements.
- Document lessons learned and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in enterprise software development or product implementation.
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in financial/banking solutions domain.
- Proven expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Unix commands and shell scripting.
- Strong client-facing skills for managing technical discussions.
