Base Salary
$196k - $314k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and test automation frameworks and contribute to core product code.
- Deliver software products and features from initial design and development through testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Scope engineering efforts, identify risks, communicate trade-offs, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in Continuous Integration activities.
- Perform data governance and system infrastructure tasks as required.
- Conduct hands-on proof of concepts, development, and testing while adapting to changing team requirements.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 9 years with an advanced degree, 6 years with a PhD, or 15 years of relevant experience without the stated degree pathway.
- Experience developing and testing automation frameworks.
- Experience delivering products and features from concept through deployment.
- Experience working in agile software development environments.
- Experience with scoping, risk identification, stakeholder communication, Continuous Integration, data governance, and system infrastructure tasks.
- Preferred qualifications include 15 years with a bachelor’s degree, 12 years with an advanced degree, or 9 years with a PhD, plus experience with proof of concepts, changing team requirements, post-deployment support, and communicating technical status and risks.
