Base Salary
$207k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software solutions.
- Develop technical vision and roadmaps and guide complex system designs.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across teams.
- Influence, coach, and mentor distributed software engineers.
- Review code, improve team standards and documentation, and triage complex system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field plus 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, or a master’s degree in one of these fields plus 6 years of experience.
- At least 6 years of experience designing, writing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
- At least 6 years of experience selecting and designing algorithms and data structures for system optimization.
- At least 6 years of experience applying systems architecture knowledge to optimize testability, performance, reliability, and cost.
- At least 6 years of experience with system-level problem analysis and technical leadership, including team-member development and performance feedback.
Benefits
- Full-time position with a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- US base salary range of $207,000–$301,000, with individual pay determined by role, location, skills, experience, and education or training.
