Responsibilities

Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for complex customer issues.
Architect standardized troubleshooting methodologies and comprehensive runbooks.
Champion product supportability by partnering with Engineering and Product teams.
Spearhead strategic automation and tooling initiatives to reduce manual toil.
Act as the primary technical liaison between Support and Engineering.
Lead cross-functional incident response to resolve critical requests.
Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations.

Deep expertise in troubleshooting Java, Scala, or Python-based applications.
Advanced proficiency in managing and tuning distributed computing environments.
Proficient in debugging SQL-based relational databases, preferably Postgres.
Advanced proficiency in building automation frameworks using Python or bash/shell.
Deep foundation in Linux system administration and complex network diagnostics.
Extensive experience debugging and optimizing workloads across major cloud platforms.
Expert-level diagnostic skills with a proven track record in complex systems.
12+ years of technical industry experience in support or engineering roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
