Base Salary

$295k - $345k/yr

Responsibilities

Act as a primary technical advisor for senior government leaders evaluating AI solutions.
Develop customized pilots and prototypes based on customer requirements.
Drive technical decision-making for the integration of AI into existing infrastructures.
Collaborate with Product and Research teams to deliver critical capabilities.
Travel to customer sites for meetings and AI implementation.
Establish a shared vision for creating beneficial AI solutions.
Lead the strategy and execution of innovative AI solutions.

Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
2+ years of experience in a technical role within the National Security space.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience in defense, technology, or cybersecurity industries.
Ability to design innovative solutions for technical platforms.
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
Understanding of LLM fundamentals.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and find simple solutions.
Excitement for cross-organizational collaboration.
A passion for teaching and mentoring others.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics clearly.
