Base Salary
$191k - $292k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows for modeling and simulation capabilities.
- Design multi-agent architectures for decision-making and operational constraints.
- Integrate AI tools with simulation engines and mission planning systems.
- Develop backend services for scenario creation and real-time analysis.
- Collaborate with warfighters and technical experts to refine planning workflows.
- Enhance observability and evaluation of agent behavior in simulations.
- Apply DoD modeling and simulation tools and concepts.
Requirements
- Strong production software engineering experience with backend services.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-powered software.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
- Ability to work with operators to define product requirements.
- Strong judgment regarding reliability and safety in AI systems.
- Eligible for a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
