Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks and regression suites.
- Build automated API, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional tests.
- Integrate quality gates and automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define test data strategies and maintain traceable quality evidence.
- Identify quality risks early and drive remediation plans.
- Define test strategies and produce Test Project Completion Certificates.
- Use AI to propose test scenarios, edge cases, coverage gaps, defect triage, regression prioritization, and initial automation scaffolds, while validating AI-generated assertions and outcomes.
- Plan, monitor, and manage operational delivery against agreed quality parameters and timelines.
- Create work trackers, define team responsibilities, and implement work allocation and delivery plans.
- Coordinate scope, stakeholders, escalation matrices, milestones, and timelines with onshore managers.
- Design and implement management information systems for status reporting and process-risk trend identification.
- Drive risk governance, continuous improvement, compliance integration, and customer service across business processes.
Requirements
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CISA, or CIA.
- 7–9 years of experience.
- Experience with mainframe platforms and technologies including COBOL, CICS, JCL, TSO, and DB2 or similar.
- Strong test automation, quality governance, risk management, and project management skills.
