Base Salary
$111k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate development and enhance platform features.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, customers, support teams, and other stakeholders on requirements, product discovery, and production issues.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, functional, and other automated tests.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple services and application contexts.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to identify problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach other engineers.
- Document technical solutions and communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred 4 or more years of professional software development experience.
- Strong computer science foundation in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented software design, and cloud-based distributed systems.
- Expertise in one or more of Dart, React, TypeScript, Go, Java, and Kotlin.
- Experience debugging complex systems or applications.
- Technical mentoring experience and the ability to coach junior engineers are preferred.
- Experience in an agile development environment and service-oriented architecture is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and adaptability skills.

- US salary range of $111,000.00 to $180,000.00.
