Base Salary

$164k - $226k/yr

Responsibilities

Embed machine learning models into product and operational workflows to improve servicing decisions.
Advance the experimentation platform for faster learning and safer iteration.
Design and run controlled experiments to enhance personalization strategies.
Scale model-driven decisioning through resilient feature pipelines and real-time data integrations.
Define metrics and guardrails to ensure ML systems are measurable and compliant.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field plus 4 years of experience.
Experience delivering ML-powered features from design to production deployment.
Hands-on experience with experimentation systems and running controlled experiments.
Experience building and maintaining data processing systems or pipelines.
