Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases with business teams.
Design, build, scale, and deploy AI services using large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
Deliver working AI solutions and integrate them into business processes.
Own solutions from initial request through development and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, HR, sales, service, legal, and quality assurance.
Guide external development partners and explain technical decisions to stakeholders.
Help teams adopt AI and share effective practices across the organization.

Strong hands-on experience independently developing and deploying AI solutions.
Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic’s Claude suite.
Knowledge of machine learning, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and data engineering practices.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting.

Remote work from Prague or a 50/50 office arrangement in Hamburg.
