Responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain Kubeflow, Feast, Spark-on-Kubernetes, AWS, and Kubernetes infrastructure for machine learning and AI workloads.
- Design internal tools, APIs, libraries, deployment frameworks, and abstractions that enable distributed teams to manage their ML lifecycle through self-service workflows.
- Adapt software engineering practices such as CI/CD, versioning, and testing to ML-specific workflows in collaboration with data science teams.
- Drive MLOps best practices and define lifecycle requirements for LLMOps, supporting the path from experimentation to production.
- Partner with infrastructure and data teams to integrate ML artifacts into data catalog, privacy, and governance frameworks.
- Promote a platform-as-a-product mindset, strong developer experience, team autonomy, and global platform standards.
Requirements
- Deep experience applying DevOps practices to ML and AI, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability.
- Hands-on mastery of Kubeflow, Spark, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Strong Python skills for building reusable libraries, APIs, and tooling abstractions.
- Experience designing scalable ML infrastructure and orchestration solutions.
- Ability to partner with data science teams and translate complex use cases into scalable platform solutions.
- Ability to balance distributed team autonomy with global platform standards and integrate ML infrastructure with broader data governance.
