Responsibilities
- Develop software enhancements, fixes, components, and new products for local, networked, cloud-based, and Internet-related programs.
- Contribute to architectural direction and code applications, infrastructure software, technology platforms, and tools.
- Engage users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define system requirements and project modifications.
- Design component-level tasks and execute work within large or highly complex software systems.
- Mentor less experienced developers and new team members while providing technical guidance and oversight.
- Analyze problems, resolve issues, and suggest improvements to processes, technology, interfaces, and team efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and continue developing technical skills.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of related work experience.
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Comfort working in an agile environment.
- Proficiency in technology and a strong interest in continuous learning and skill development.
