Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Design and implement workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage application releases and maintain compatibility, performance, stability, and reliability.
- Integrate packaged applications with other systems using APIs and integration techniques.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide best-practice guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine is required.
- Experience designing and implementing application workflows and automation within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of APIs and application integration techniques.
- Ability to use low-code development tools to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with release management and version control in a SaaS environment.
- Problem-solving skills for diagnosing application issues and implementing effective solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
