Responsibilities
- Define interfaces, develop software, and influence architectural changes.
- Optimize, refactor, and reuse code for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Analyze complex customer requirements and solve high-level technical problems.
- Improve code quality through code reviews and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues proactively.
- Implement secure programming patterns and enhance application security.
- Estimate software project needs and dependencies.
- Mentor and coach software engineers while also seeking mentorship.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience creating applications and features in .NET.
- Experience working with database objects in relational databases, specifically MS SQL.
- Experience with HTTP and REST architecture.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts across teams.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Preferred: experience with data streaming architecture and frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ESB.
- Preferred: experience with React and TypeScript.
- Preferred: experience with Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Preferred: experience with system integration projects, global projects, or transportation, logistics, and business systems.
