Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of complex, scalable software projects.
- Build reliable, reusable, high-performance frontend and backend systems for delivering AI-powered insights.
- Guide cross-functional teams of engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
- Mentor and manage junior engineers while promoting technical excellence and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary engineering authority across the full stack and establish code quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise to customers and translate business challenges into production-ready software solutions.
- Balance rapid prototyping with the delivery and maintenance of large-scale products.
Requirements
- Deep technical mastery of TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Significant experience with backend Python or TypeScript ecosystems.
- A proven track record of architecting complex software projects and deploying them to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code or containerization practices.
- Expertise debugging complex full-stack issues and maintaining high testing standards with tools such as Jest or Cypress.
- Strong autonomy, ownership, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical strategy to multidisciplinary internal teams and senior external stakeholders.
