Responsibilities
- Build new cloud-native applications and scalable infrastructure for Altium 365.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Java, AWS, multi-tenant architecture, and distributed high-load systems.
- Design and deliver reliable, scalable product features involving stateful and stateless services, relational databases, and data processing.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers on technical decisions, code reviews, and delivery.
- Share knowledge and strengthen team engineering practices.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing backend services and APIs.
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, and RDS.
- Understanding of microservices, multi-tenant architectures, distributed systems, and production cloud environments.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Preferred experience with .NET, enterprise application modernization or integration, high-load systems, performance optimization, cloud observability, or Firebird.
