Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end features for internal Operations and Supply Chain web applications.
- Own enterprise applications across architecture, production stability, technical debt, maintainability, and lifecycle support.
- Lead technical design and make tradeoffs involving performance, scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, and delivery timelines.
- Build performant data-heavy UIs using Blazor and DevExpress, including grids, editors, forms, filtering, editing, and complex workflows.
- Design and implement C#/.NET backend services and APIs with validation, error handling, asynchronous processing, secure integrations, and maintainable service-layer architecture.
- Develop and optimize Azure SQL and SQL Server data access, including query performance, indexing, query-plan analysis, pagination, streaming, and troubleshooting.
- Design and support secure Azure application patterns involving secrets, managed identities, authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access.
- Support .NET applications in Azure through configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, scaling, and production support.
- Improve observability and reliability through logging, telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and incident troubleshooting.
- Improve CI/CD delivery patterns across development, QA, and production environments, including validation, configuration, release troubleshooting, and rollback planning.
- Write clean, secure, testable code, conduct code reviews, improve reusable engineering patterns, and align solutions with engineering standards.
- Provide technical guidance through design reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and implementation support.
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical designs and delivery plans.
- Lead technical standards, reusable components, architecture patterns, and engineering practices across multiple applications.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field plus a minimum of five years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and service-oriented backend logic, APIs, and enterprise application services.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, or equivalent relational database platforms, including data-driven application development and query optimization.
- Working knowledge of cloud-hosted application development and production operations, preferably in Azure.
- Experience with application hosting, configuration, secrets management, deployment, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting production .NET applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to the program or contract.
- Preferred experience with DevExpress Blazor, including DxGrid, editors, forms, reporting, customization, and performance tuning for complex datasets.
- Preferred experience designing, deploying, and supporting .NET applications in Microsoft Azure, including App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions, Key Vault, managed identities, networking, security, and CI/CD.
- Preferred ability to make pragmatic Azure architecture decisions involving scalability, reliability, security, observability, resiliency, deployment strategy, and cost.
- Preferred experience with structured logging, metrics, distributed traces, Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, alerts, and production incident triage.
