Base Salary
$119k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Administer, integrate, and optimize the Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence.
- Co-lead the migration from Freshservice to Jira Service Management.
- Design and execute tool migrations and improvements across business functions.
- Build and maintain automation using GitHub, Terraform, YAML, and Python.
- Support core enterprise platforms like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
- Partner with stakeholders across IT, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Security.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on Atlassian administration experience in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud.
- Experience with Atlassian REST APIs and scripting-based automation (Python or similar).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and scripting languages (Python, YAML).
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive technical projects from start to finish.
